From my initial contact by email through to the delivery of my modest order of Oak flooring and underlay to replace carpet in a second bedroom, the customer service experience from the TnG team has been exceptional.nEmily Milnichuk, Showroom Consultant responded promptly to my myriad of questions and assisted by confirming the details of flooring I required and not only that, she provided information that I hadn't asked for but thought would be useful to me.nOnce the items had been ordered the process to the Fulfilment team was seamless and I was assisted by Kylie and Marta who arranged for the goods to be delivered to fit in with my work commitments.nThe delightful delivery driver Jun arrived exactly on time, was extremely helpful and left my husband and I smiling with his joyful attitude.nThese wonderful TnG members are customer focussed, professional and provide an exemplary level of service.

Went to TNG to look for some timber for my build, super high quality material in great colours. More bespoke options than you can shake a stick at.nEmily was amazingly helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Put these guys on the top of your list when it comes to engineered hardwood timbers.

My wife and I dealt with Emily at Tongue N Groove. I could see she was already over encumbered with the demands of her other customers but still made time to assist us and answer all of our questions. As someone who has made a living from analysing the facts, I can't help but observe that Tongue N Groove are a specialised boutique yet bustling business with not many staff on their sales team, therefore I'd recommend getting an early foot in with your inquiries, probably at least 3 or 4 months ahead of schedule. You will get much more than what you expect and pay for, but also consider the way they operate with just a handful of sales reps at the behest of hundreds of customers, like us. I commend Emily, for her job very well done.

Hi there, I was served by Emily at Tongue and Groove.nI usually never leave reviews, but I wanted to say that Emily was such a patient listener and really understood our struggles, frustrations and concerns with our build and trying to work European oak flooring into the equation. We've been through so much and experienced a lot of loss over the past year. But Emily really helped make the process easy for us. With that I must say I've had some of the best customer service with Tongue and Groove. Highly recommended.

Jaw dropping showroom and best customer service. I read some of the other reviews and very much agree with the one that said they're short staffed. However....I was served by Emily the consultant there. She was very responsive so I was happy with her following up. Even, like the other commenter mentioned, considering how busy it is everytime I've been to Waterloo. I appreciate that alot.
