Has a female only section, everyone seams nice,
Great gym for a very competitive price.
The facilities are amazing but it is trainers who really set FitLab apart from other gyms - they are so supportive and really know their stuff. With their help I have come back from a knee reconstruction to run my first half marathon. I highly recommend them for people of all ages, abilities and fitness levels.
