Website says they have a sauna. Staff say they don’t have a sauna. Would’ve thought that’d be fairly easy to correct.

A pleasant cool environment to exercise on a hot day, with pleasant staff and good access.

Trying to cancel membership is like falling down the rabbit hole from Alice in Wonderland. Interesting how written authorisation to process the cancellation fee from the same credit card being debited is not sufficient...I need to telephone... I had heard GL will drag out the cancellation process but this is ridiculous.

Processing a cancellation is like pulling teeth. Extend your contract because of covid even though no one had control over it. Absolute scam of a joint
