Great place to visit to play rugby union.

This place offers gym and swimming pool. There is an option to pay for Gold membership which allows for exercise classes. It is different everyday so you don't get bored but there is no repeats so you can't really build for specifics by attending these. There is also a free gym evaluation. You can tell the trainer your goal and they will help you achieve it by giving you a plan and they will even show you how to use and adjust the gym equipment properly which is tremendously helpful. They will give you a sheet for you to record your exercise done and will re-evaluate you again in 6 weeks. I am trying it out now so let's see how this goes

Superior air conditioning. Good service, I'd like to joim the gym and use the pool myself.
