I wonder what is actually happening?. I was always able to claim the pharmaceuticals on my health fund, then suddenly, not available any more with a really lame excuse without notification. This was not the contract of sale that I agreed with when I commenced. This is not how the program was sold to me. I ask Why? Has anyone else suffered the same, where the receipts cannot identify your cost as a pharmaceutical item. I will also mention my girlfriends script came from another pharmacy and they left the price on the bottles.!!!! There is something more amiss here......

I've only just started on the program , I've made numerous calls yesterday because I have questions about feeling my uterus react when taking the pills and not one return phone call . this is now a long weekend with 4 days of no one that's going to call back . lift your game or I'll go.elsewhere and your reviews of late are deplorable from alot of customers. even your receptionist fed up with having to pass on messages and call back requests..you pride yourselves on caring so your website says..... prove it.nI will change my review in due course but this is not what I expected . I had great hopes and thus so far the meds are working but it is your total lack if communication and call back that is giving you this rating

There is no customer service. Yes we all know they had issues with the compounding pharmacy, but no emails or phone calls were responded too. Had no medication for 4 weeks with no idea what was going on. Told I would have a month gratis and another month waived then still charged. Pathetic when you have been with them for years. Shame there isn't another company offering this treatment program

Worst company ever to deal with. Hardly answer the phone and getting a call back became close to impossible. Unprofessional and staff lacked knowledge and were unreliable. Left me completely without products. I'm finished with the company and have gone elsewhere.

The past treatment services great and beneficial. More recent experience with menapause centre very poor. Accountability to response to services not exceptable.
