We found what we were looking for when doing a bathroom renovation - choices of baths, sinks, toilets, vanities etc. Their catalogues also show other variations available so that exact bathroom measurements can be adhered to. We received excellent assistance from David B. here, who was most helpful and guided us through the catalogue when needed.nAlso, Hardware and General shops are conveniently clustered in this area e.g. for paint, tiles and tapware etc etc

I was at the tap shop yesterday enquiring about getting a replacement part for “bath/ hand shower diverter”. The person i was speaking with quickly recognised the brand and let me know they didn’t sell it but also where did. I was able to locate the replacement part, that i now know is called a diverter piston valve assembly, at the recommended shop, and i am very grateful for this. An hour later i went back to the tap shop to enquire about some kitchen taps and although the person who served me this time was different, he did ask how i got on locating a replacement part.nI will be buying all my extra tap ware from here and would recommend it to anyone.nPlease note that 5years ago, when i did my last renovation, the service was not this great. I do hope that some customer service training has gone on, company wide, as yesterdays service you couldn’t fault.

The store has gone through some amazing transformations in the last year. The staff were so happy and helpful I will continue to shop there for all my plumbing equipment. It was a pleasant experience. I felt they appreciated for my business.

Don’t waste your time, go to Bunnings.. horrible parking, if any. Rude staff, to many buildings.
