Do not recommended.nNo show - No communication - UnprofessionalnnWe had an appointment booked for 1.30pm, for wasp spraying.nNobody showed. We waited 2 hours.nAfter a full hour of calling constantly an office staff member finally returned our call, and apologised for the mishap.nApparently the worker went home sick and had not informed her.nShe rescheduled our appointment to the following morning and again nobody made an appearance or contacted us.nWe even received 2 confirmation text messages for each appointment, ensuring it was booked in and to expect them on time.nPathetic customer service and communication.
Brett, always enters the office with a smile and a welcoming greeting. Will have a quick chat sometimes, gets in does what he is here for and then has us sign off, and ALWAYS bids farewell with a big smile. He is a breath of fresh air in what are sometimes stressful days.
