Nurses and staff were really kind and caring. Stayed there for 8 days and they treated and looked after me really well. Equally the other staff were just as caring.
My daughter went to outpatients after contacting staff who advised her that she could attend outpatients at 9:05 pm Tuesday the 9th of January. she was berated and belittled by the two nurses who should act professionally and in a courteous manner. They have a duty of care and I believe they have breached it as my daughter came home very upset and crying her eyes out due to their phsycological taunting.We are all busy and yes a little deal for one is a big deal to another and we all get payed to do a job so do it with respect or get out of it and find something you want to do.nDISCUSTING.
