Excellent little gym in Mudgeeraba. Has all equipment you need. Has group and personal training classes. Also has massage. Norm the gym owner is an excellent coach and very friendly. Other coaches are very friendly. Has a shower in house. Membership is affordable. You can sign up either 6 or 12 months. Best part: you can either pay it in advance or direct debit.nnHas wide range of programs customised to you but that costs extra and so is the diet program.nnOverall great gym, and for what you pay, you get a lot in return.
