Jan is a wonderful, caring and very experienced teacher. Best yoga school on the coast!
People travel from far and wide to attend Jans classes for a reason. They are the best! Jans has a vast knowledge of the body and Mr Iyengars teachings. All my niggles are gone now that I go to her classes. I feel very fortunate to have found Jan and cannot recommend her classes highly enough. Thank you Jan!
