I commenced at Ultra CrossFit a year ago and haven’t looked back. I had never done CrossFit prior to commencing at Ultra. The programming is excellent (with multiple scaling options for varying fitness levels), the coaches are informative and helpful and the members are very friendly and welcoming.

My husband initially joined Ultra on my recommendation from my research and loved it from his very first workout. I'd only recently given birth to our son so wanted to wait until I had regained something even resembling core strength before starting CrossFit. After a very jealous 9 months I joined Ultra as well and it's been almost 18 months of pain, sweat, achievements, learning and fun since then. I started seeing improvements in my strength and fitness immediately, something I wasn't getting in a regular gym.nnThe workouts are suitable for all fitness levels and the coaches are always happy to suggest modifications for any injuries. The attention to detail with the coaching is incredible, technique is always the main focus and the programming is second-to-none.nnOne of the main reasons I love Ultra though is the community, as cliched as it sounds, it's a family. We celebrate all achievements, no matter how small and despite there being many impressive athletes, there are no egos. New members are warmly welcomed and plenty of social events and banter makes it even more fun.nnI look forward to many more years training at Ultra!
