Thank you again Lisa for your recent help with my hip and shoulder it has settled well & I am back to exercising every second day again. Lisa is the very best in her field and helped get off a walking stick in 8 weeks after wasting 8 months with a useless physiotherapist who was supposed to have worked with all sorts of professional sports people, just wasted my time and money. I had been on a walking stick for about 3 years after damaging my hip and shoulder from lifting my stepfather after he had a fall caused by Dementia.
