The puppies and kittens always look very happy, of good health, clean and friendly.nMore attention needs to be paid to the other sections of the store for the other animals as their living conditions do not seem the cleanliness and could be set up better.nThere also should be more stock in the store, as it seems quite bare insidenOverall it is an okay store but it could be better if the enclosures were better (especially for the frogs/ lizards , birds and in for the fish).

We recently bought a beautiful wheaton Border Collie home only to find he had Tapeworms after finding crawling worms throughout the house. The larva spread all over the house and caused massive disrupt. It's disgusting that he wasn't treated beforehand. We are trying to conceive and this runs a big risk to our health (and our other fur babies health)nnHe also had a tooth condition called base narrow which was never explained to us before pick up. I'm really disappointed in the service and the stress this has caused our family. It really solidify's why buying from a petshop is not the best idea. He had to have both canine teeth removed and will likely need many of his adults removed.nnIn addition his Jaw has an overbite which is likely to result in his bottom teeth needing removal too.nnThe poor thing also had a nasty cough which we suspected was kennel couch. The vet couldn't confirm but needed to do a chest X-ray.

This place is amazing! the staff are so helpful and caring and really know what they're doing, and all there prices are very reasonable. Its very clear they take amazing care of all of their animals ensuring they all go to wonderful homes.
