The guy was so good! Been around two, even the one who can’t help me but he’s been very helpful, the second guy was even better, knowing that it’s urgent he’s got the job done pretty quick.

Dropped off a bracelet to be polished, the guy said he could do it for me and asked me to come collect it in an hours time. Came back an hour later and was told it hadn’t been started because he had other work to do as he is busy today. He said “come back in 30/45min and I will have it done for you”. Went back 45mins later and still hadn’t started on the bracelet. Worst customer service and poor time management. Don’t tell customers time frames you cannot commit to it. If you can’t do the job just be honest. Waiting around for 1 hour and 45min for nothing. Would not recommend this place!

Friendly guys and happy to help. I brought my sunglasses in whiched required a new screw. They worked their magic and made it happen within 5mins.

Very helpful and fast service. Definitely recommend.
