First session at this gym today... excellent PT, great staff, a huge range of machines and spaced out well. Really clean and wasn't busy at all.

This gym serves my purposes well, the building is huge and is separated into a number of rooms harbouring differing types of equipment. I don't feel like I'm working out with 100 other people in the same space like other smaller gyms where all equipment is in one biggish room. It's usually not busy during lunch hours and the staff are very friendly. Free access to Manly pools is a huge bonus as well as an onsite squash court.

Great facilities and friendly staff. Early morning classes are very effective.

I've been a member of many gyms over the years. This is my favourite. They have a really good balance of relaxed and professional. There is heaps of space, up to date equipment, variety of classes and a barista coffee stand :-). Best of all, you can tell the staff actually want to be there. I find them to be genuinely enthusiastic and helpful.
