Strength Sanctuary

Great gym with awesome energy. It’s a nice place to be and workout. Oran and Ryan are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and always make me feel welcome.

My favourite gym to train at! The atmosphere, the equipment and the people, amazing! We regularly photograph here for the business too and the team are so accommodating.

I love the feeling of freedom I get when I train at Strength Sanctuary. With all the fresh green space and outdoor training areas they have, it feels like I'm playing outside like I did when I was a kid, not doing a workout as such - and I leave in a really good head space. The owners have created something quite unique here and I have great admiration for both of them. They are dedicated professionals who give me surprisingly in-depth and knowledgeable answers to all my training questions. Going to gym now is something I look forward to, I've never been able to say that before! And this is coming from a woman in her 50's. Thanks so much Strength Sanctuary.
