Such a amazing environment to work out in, i instantly felt comfortable in there and had all the help I needed, staff members were extremely friendly and I had such amazing support with my personal trainer. Will definitely recommend to all my friends and family!

I went to Atlas Strength as a casual member when in Queensland. It was the best gym in Stafford and I’ll definitely be returning next time we are in town.

Very well equipped gym with lots of friendly members. PT male & Female who are Above the Norm. Its now 24hrs Give Jon a call no dought you will be looked after. Im a member & I love it.
