Does this place have everything you want in a gym? I don't know... probably - I don't know you and what you want; people are complex and want many different things. Maybe you want a shark tank behind the rowers for extra motivation; maybe you want a water fountain that shoots a protein shake right down yo' throat; maybe you just really want the gym to a taqueria with fresh salsa and high fives at 1 AM in the morning.nnIt does not have a shark tank, protein shake fountain nor tacos, if that is what you want. If you want friendly dedicated trainers, a great variety of modern well-maintained equipment in a fresh and clean environment, they have it. If you want plenty of great affordable classes, at convenient times, with crew who want to see you develop, they have that. They catering for all levels of fitness and are more #Family friendly then all of the Fast and Furious series put together (including Fast5, the most #Family of the bunch). I know I found what I want.nnSo, if you are looking around for a new gym, try this place out and I may just see you there, at 1 AM, with salsa I had to bring from home, ready to defend my position on Fast5 (don't be bringing no weak sauce argument for the tragic send-off in Furious 7) .

Aaron and his team provide professional advice, classes and motivation in a non threatening, fun environment. Good mixture of people of all fitness levels and ages plus a great community. Whether you are training for an event of simply want to improve your lifestyle this gym is great valve for money and will get you over the line.
