I have been a student of Tracie’s for a couple of years and I absolutely love her classes which are conducted in a purpose built studio complete with all the props any yoga enthusiast could possibly need. Tracie as a teacher is enthusiastic, extremely knowledgeable, caring, very encouraging and realizes that not all bodies are created equal in regard to flexibility and strength. 10/10 Tracie!!
In 14 years of regular Iyengar yoga classes this as good as anything I have ever attended. Great teacher and great space.
