Can’t recommend Dan highly enough. Great bloke who puts together well thought out and targeted programs and training sessions to get you fitter, stronger and prevent injury. The gym has everything you need, isn’t crowded and has good vibes.

Resistance Sports Science has assisted me so much with a back injury I have had for years. I had a prolapsed disc which was extremely uncomfortable and since I have been to see their coaches, I have learnt how to manage my pain and increase my strength. Alongside their excellent and qualified coaches, I had the opportunity to see a physio when needed as well as receive remedial massages once every couple of weeks when I felt my muscles were a bit tight. It is such an excellent community there and I really enjoyed training at Resistance Sports Science in Enoggera!nIt is certainly the home for athletes
