What a place! Have tried many other gyms but not many (if any) give you the results that Fitstop Newstead gives you. Great location, close to many a good cafe for your post workout relaxation. Facilities are great, classes well run and easy going trainers make this gym stand out from the crowd!

Fitstop Newstead has an amazing vibe! It is by far the most enjoyable way to work out. You turn up to professional trainers each day who work you to your absolute limit and with an amazing community of friends. The best!

I started training at Fitstop Newstead about a year ago and now couldn't imagine training anywhere else! The trainers and tunes always set a vibe to keep you motivated, plus the style and structure of the sessions gets results! The trainers are not only super competent but also just lovely, positive people. I love being a part of this community :)
