Barre Body

Barre Body has been such an enjoyable workout with a great range of classes that suits all levels. All of the instructors have been warm, friendly and actually help with modifications and maintaining good form. Although the space is a pop-up, I hope they do end up staying permanently as it is such as nice and relaxing space.

I have just started at this studio and absolutely love the classes and the instructors. I am already noticing a difference to my strength, tone and body. The studio is gorgeous, nice long mirrored wall, barre set-up and polished concrete floors. The studio is in a fabulous location with all the facilities and equipment you could want. You literally just bring yourself. They even have make-up removal and freshening products if you need. I love the additional touches like the tea on arrival and the gorgeous outdoor lounge area.
