Sarah and her team at PLC Albion are outstanding. They create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere where a workout seems more like a fun activity than a chore. I enjoy the sessions they offer, but their client interaction is the selling point for me.

Absolutely love this place. Professional, friendly, great community and family feel. Love training here!! I always get in a great workout and team is always so welcoming. Highly recommend!

Goodluck trying to get your money back after you cancel!! The girls that run it are so unprofessional, they constantly ignore you. Not to mention they are rude and do not make you feel welcome.
