Great gym. So much better than a commercial gym. Love the equipment. Absolutely worthwhile if you are looking to get stronger. I train with Hannah who is a great exercise scientist with lots of knowledge and is a very impressive powerlifter!

I have just reffed at a powerlifting comp at Iron Underground. It's a great venue, the comp was well organised, and every time I've been to IU, I've felt welcome!nI thoroughly recommend Iron Underground!

Extremely knowledgeable coaches with experience and world class athletes under them. Best equipped strength training gym I've seen, and I don't say that lightly. Gym also has great, old school training philosophy's, which I dare say are contributing factors in its success.
