Vivien has been AMAZING! She has made these classes not only supportive of my medical condition (scoliosis). She’s very motivating and kind. Cannot recommend this studio enough, the classes are easy to follow and a great workout ❤ufe0f
An inspirational Pilates experience. Kara and Vivien are fabulous instructors. Since my orientation class I’m motivated to do as many classes as I can. I’m feeling stronger with each class.
