Great gym culture & coaching. Variety of the class times means I can easily get my training in regardless of what shift I'm on at work.. relatively new to the gym but feel like I've been there for years!

I have not experienced a community like this gym in years and years. Supportive, fun and hard working. Not to mention the coaches who are all world class. An absolute delight to train here, day in and day out.

Was interested in trying out kickboxing so I tried out a few classes here and was really impressed. Definite come and check it out if you get a chance.

I’ve been attending classes at Albion fightcross in the mornings lunch times and at night and every class is as diverse as their willingness to accommodate all age groups and busy people. Ross Cameron’s teaching methods make complex fighting techniques easy. It really does feel like friendly family environment with plenty of support.
