Ash has created the most beautiful and inclusive haven for bodies and souls of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds. Her smaller class sizes mean your form is corrected every step of the way, with motivation to boot (read: she will make you donkey kick and it will BURN! but you will love it!!) I cannot recommend BPM enough for your boutique pilates needs here in Brisbane - there simply isn't anywhere else quite like it. Get in on the magic ASAP!

What a wonderful place to go to move your body! These girls are just brilliant at what they do and make the pilates experience an absolute joy - the beautiful studio is just a bonus! I have absolutely loved attending BPM mumma and mini classes since having my first baby, where I have met lots of lovely fellow mums and gorgeous babies, and managed to knit my weak tummy back together again. I tell all my friends about this place!
