Studio Pilates International Ashgrove

I’ve recently started at Studio Pilates. The studio environment is stylish and welcoming. Each class is a full body workout. All staff that we’ve interacted with have been great. They take the time to make sure we’re doing the exercises correctly and are positive.

The instructors at the Ashgrove Studio Pilates branch are really friendly and provide good tips to get the best from your workout. Booking of the classes is really easy and the staff responds very quickly if you have to make any changes via email. I feel a difference with the tone of my body from this workout and highly recommend this studio.

Coming back into exercise after having a c-section was pretty daunting but the instructors at Studio Pilates Ashgrove have made the experience a really positive one. I always leave the studio feeling like I’ve had a good workout and I can really feel the changes happening in my body. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a different way to strengthen their core and glutes.
