Reception has great covid safe stuff but could pay attention to the number of people in the small area, not that there was ever a long wait.nnAndy saw me promptly on both occasions and was nothing but professional and informative, as well as incredibly patient in putting up with how much of a sook I am. He did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to return should I need help again.

This is truly an amazing place. Every trainer is extremely professional and patient as well as super knowledgeable and able to explain all the mechanics on how your body behaves in a simple manner.
