Cashiers are always lovely. Shoutout in particular to the larger lady with glasses who is a) beautifully gorgeous and b) wonderfully polite and the larger Indian woman who is incredibly eloquent and polite good on both of these wonderful women. You're both amazing. Plus these guys generally hike up their prices last. Absolute bonus

For a start no one was serving the counter and there was an old guy in front of me that had been waiting a while.nnSecondly, and worst of all, even though this is a Caltex service station because it is a Woolworths store as well they won’t accept Caltex StarCash gift cards!!! Huh?!nnTerrible service all round.

This is the big Caltex servo on Wynnum Road inbound. Once the very cheapest of fuel around, but now often undercut by new arrivals nearby.nVery spacious and well stocked for picking up last minute groceries, and still giving 4 cents a litre off for Woollies rewards.nHowever, also a major player in the fuel cycle ripoff inflicted on all the capital cities.nBe aware of the day of the week and the state of the cycle. When the price of Unleaded petrol is less than the price of Diesel, you are at the bottom of the cycle.

22/2/2021 @ 9.17am The female attendant who said her name was 'Kelly' caused me embarrassment in front of my daughter and other customers, all because, in my haste to fill my brand new vehicle with fueI, I had left my vehicle door open. My daughter was sitting in the vehicle and it was hot. I was unawares the attendant was yelling at me over the loud speaker, until another customer coming out of the store, also yelling out to me, alerted me to the fact. Upon going inside to pay for my fuel, I apologised to the attendant ' Kelly' as I didn't realise the yelling was directed at me outside. I asked the attendant, what was the reason doors need to be closed before filling up. There is no signage to indicate doors need to be closed. Her response was 'you might jump in the car and drive off, without paying!!'nI own the vehicle I was driving and itsnalso registered to me. What you did to me that morning is called 'racial profiling'. Because of my skin colour and ethnicity, you assumed, I might commit a crime. You are a racist and an embarrassment to yourself and your employer Woolworths/Caltex. I hope you get some much needed customer service training, that you desperately need. My family, friends and I will not be buying fuel here again.

This servo has the best maintained and best smelling toilets of any servo I have ever been to. Today I bought half a tank of fuel just to use the toilets.
