The male staff member who greets the public as they walk in is arrogant and rude. He is the least helpful staff member at this branch. He need attitude retraining. Clearly he hates his job.
The guy on the door/counter is extremely rude. And this is not just once off. Get rid of the guy! His attititude towards customers is disguisting!nnFrom constantly tell every to just go down load the app, after i have acknowledged his recommendation, but i need to speak to someone, yet he does not listen, to telling me to go speak to my accountant with a condecending tone, to talking over the top of me and not allowing me to get a word in when he an issue
My partner and I met the Branch Manager, Sally Nguyen. Sally was fantastic! Listened to us, helped us and showed that she really cared, we weren't just a number like most banks treat you. We haven't spoken to any of the other staff, so we can't comment. But Sally Nguyen is an asset to CBA!
