Appalling example of a plumbing business. Incompetent, unprofessional, unethical and amoral. I was treated like a second-class citizen by both a plumber and a receptionist from this organisation and on top of that, the whole saga cost me financially.

I had to call this company to help with emergency sewerage issue. The plumber arrived later in the day and was very calm, warm and professional. Although the problem was outside of our property the guys worked heard to assess the situation and referred us onto council to fix problem further along. Massive thanks to Rory from this company for his terrific work today to help us out with a less then pleasant situation :)
