Was promised a quote the next business day, for work to commence the day after that... nothing but radio silence for a week. Would have expected more than broken promises considering how nice the phone staff were.

I called plumbaround on Tuesday with an issue regarding a screeching water heater. Peita from Plumbaround understood the problem and narrowed it down to two options, she had Sam booked to visit our unit the next day. Sam was awesome, very professional and fixed the turning washer, valve and temperature gage to ensure all avenues were eliminated so the problem would not continue. If you have any water heater or plumbing problems I highly recommend plumbaround.
