Emma is a wonderful, caring teacher who caters for all abilities, whether you're a beginner or a more advanced student. Going to yoga class each week is relaxing and challenging, I wouldn't miss it!nNow during Covid, we are doing classes via Zoom - a wonderful way to practice at home :)

Emma's classes are a mix of movement with breath and meditation practices. Some of which can surprisingly get the heart rate going as well! Emma is warm and welcoming and she attends to each person's individual needs.

Emma is a knowledgeable and nurturing teacher. Her classes are well rounded, you don’t just push yourself as hard as you can doing asana. In most of the classes, you will work hard and sweat but you will also practice chanting, meditation and a good long shavasana.
