I've been a client of Nicole's for the last 5 years and I can honestly say that there is no one better to train with. Nicole is extremely knowledgeable and conscious of a persons abilities. Ensuring that they make progress at a sustainable rate. No session is the same and as a person who hates exercising she makes it enjoyable-ish.
Nicole has helped, encouraged and “pushed” me in the best way possible to get almost full body movement back after my bilateral mastectomy. My husband and I now both go to her duet exercise classes to help with over 50 fitness.
