This place has the best atmosphere out of any gym I've trained in, Everyone is super friendly from the Fighters and Trainers too the people there just for fun and fitness

Great gym, great trainers who care. They do offer great pt sessions. The gym is always clean and tidy. They do boot camps and fight classes and general classes. Fight classes are great for fitness and they get your technique up so if you want to take that next step and jump the ropes you can. General class is a mix of boxing and Muay Thai but more just for fitness. And boot camp is different every day but is hard but fun. Go down and check it out and see for yourself.
