Great team with genuine technical advice

My grandmother had an absolutely awful experience with this business. There was an issue with the greywater pooling in the back yard which she explained and was completely ignored by the owner of this company. After repeatedly telling the man that she did not need a new septic system after he arrived at the property with all of the equipment and men to do so WITHOUT prearranging or even asking her and left a huge mess of gravel for an elderly woman with a severely sick husband to clean up. This is a job that cost thousands of dollars which was a complete waste of money, time and blatent disrespect. The issue continued and they had to come back and do the exact job that she asked for in the first place which cost another few thousand dollars. They are dodgy as anything and will take advantage of you, one star is being generous.
