Amazing facilities and an even better culture!

Absolutely love this place. This is my second home. The community here is amazing - so supportive and there is no judgment! It really is a little family outside of your own. Coaches are knowledgeable and always ready and willing to help. There is always a bit of fun thrown in along the way. If you are looking for somewhere you will belong this is the place. Can not speak of CrossFit 4504 highly enough!

CF4504 is a welcoming community which caters for all fitness levels. Coaches are able to scale the workouts for individual abilities which has helped me to build up muscle control, strength, range of motion and for rehab purposes. Classes are fun and enjoyable.

CrossFit 4504 has changed my life. I wanted to feel fabulous at 50 & apprehensively booked into a class. Now 3 years & over 500 classes later, I’m still enjoying the awesome workouts & amazing community at CF4504. I highly recommend the super supportive coaches who get to know you & modify the workouts to suit your individual needs. I’ve even rehabbed a knee injury that I got from playing netball.
