If I could give no stars I would. About 2 months ago I got some plants got them home when I put them in aquarium seen a snail in the bottom of the bag . Rang store to let them know and was told there's nothing they can do about it. So after pulling everything clean out will not be going back ever again

Excellent, friendly service and are very easy to approach. The gentleman helped me a great deal and even checked in to see if a needed an extra hand while browsing. Unfortunately I purchased the incorrect product however staff were very helpful with exchanging for the correct product for my needs.

As usual, thank you ladies, I came in with my boy today and it had been a little while and a lovely staff member remembered Ghosts name. They price matched for me too. My favourite pet store thank you for making it a pleasure.

The dogs had fun choosing their own treats, the staff were all lovely.

Good place for a pet grooming! Lucky had a fabulous time :)
