I was greeted by a worker named Damien and honestly he is the best ! I recently was placed with a rescue dog so being the first time in a pet shop for a while i was a little lost. Damien explained everything so well and took so much time and effort into the whole experience. Please if you ever go in ask for him you wont regret it. I never leave reviews but this guy was the best :)

Wow what bad customer service. Staff were more interested in sorting out their break times than serving customers. Maybe sort out your shelf pricing instead, advance cat food advertised for $9.50 I was charged $13.99 and my loyalty discount of 15% was not taken off to top it off my receipt was basically thrown at me

Visit for the hydrobath and the place is always spotless. Staff are crazily friendly and always have a treat for my pooch so she loves visiting

Great advice and a solid wearhouse range of products. There is also a good selection of fish and it wasn't really that busy.
