We adopted my beautiful Ragdoll kitten Winston (Koala) last week and gosh we are in LOVE with him. The service and ongoing help we've received from pets connect is beyond amazing and we have stressed so much less, all because of their help. Long time coming but finally got around to doing this review. We’ve had Pebbles the Matese Shitzu for around 10 months now.nShe’s well and truly loved to bits. So cute.nService here was very good and the lady (was it you Moria?) was very professional, well informed and gave very good advice. I’ve recommended a few people since. And they were more than reasonably priced with other stores asking almost a 3rd more.nFor the runt of the litter, it’s difficult to imagine a better or cuter puppy.

Want you to buy a pet without touching it. Really difficult if you're trying out personalities rather than colour.

I mistakenly posted an upset review last night, before even talking to the owner. I’m so sorry.nnThis week the lovely 6yo Leo that I took into my heart a few weeks ago was diagnosed with severe dental illness and rotten teeth... I was so upset.nnBut as soon as the owner saw my post she contacted me and explained that I shouldn’t fret, as she’s taking full responsibility. Leo’s previous owner should have done a full check up on him and that its not my responsibility to take care of this.nnI’m so sorry for the drama I caused, and SO GRATEFUL that I don’t have to pay for the surgery. I love little Leo, but as a student single mum it was very daunting to be faced w this situation.nnAgain, thank you for reaching out and sorting this out!nnIn the photo is Leo when he got back from the vet yesterday... cuddling in bed ❤ufe0f
