I have been going to BNB for strength training since 2017, and Dave has been responsible everything I have achieved since then. I cannot stress enough the importance of strength training for ALL sports activities, it builds the body up to be more robust from injury and also gives you a solid base with which to do any additional activities.nnAs a result of his training and facilities I was able to get stronger and fitter than I have ever been, so much in fact I was able to re enlist in the army reserves after a break of 13 years. My body was able to take the punishment of Recruit training where although I still was not a good runner I was stronger than most and was able to take on tasks that my size and age did not suggest I would be able to do.nnWithout his training I would never have been able to accomplish this challenge, I highly recommend all people should contact and train with Dave.

Top gym! Highly recommend. From the multiple deadlift bars already to go, the many squat racks, platforms and bench set ups to the finer details like the playlist and the personalised equipment.. this place is a hidden gem! Get yourself there.
