My kids are LOVING the new Kids Fitness Academy! My 12 year old daughter plays soccer and the Sessions are so good for helping with her fitness, coordination and agility.
Amazing gym with great trainers and an awesome community! instead of putting it off, I'm looking forward to every gym session. Can't recommend it highly enough.
Such a great team of trainers, happy to help you no matter what your goals are.. and always trying to make sure there is a way to train even through lock downs with Covid
