On my latest two visits the service was very poor. On previous to last, there were 5 heavily loaded trolleys lined up at the one checkout open. NO express lane open. I called out to the lady supervising the self checkout and it took nearly 5 minutes to get an operator.nOn my latest visit the same applied with the checkout, but the express was open. A customer tried to get his fully loaded trolley through there but was politely directed to the other sole checkout. He walked away and left the loaded trolley in the shop.nI don't have that problem at Petrie.
Some workers aren't the best, but most are great. There is one female that is normally at self serve checkouts that is always aggressive.
Generally a great experience. Don't get caught here before long weekends or lockdowns. People go crazy and flock here
A very well organised clean Woolworth, convenient shopping in the shopping centre directly opposite Big W.
David was super helpful! He went out of his way to empty boxes for me so I could use them for my drinks! I would have been loading them in and out of my car for ages if it wasn't for him!nThanks David!
