We would give 0 if we could! RUDE service and slow, the food out of the hot box was so old you could not even bite it and they are unreachable by phone. Dirty and disgusting, Do not shop here, it was great when Bill owned it but not now!
Prices can be high and the stock selection isn't as big as major traders due to shop size.nnGenerally clean and organised.nnGood for picking up general groceries, wouldn't do a full shop here though.
Bit disappointed compared to other IGAs I've visited, especially IGA Marketplace in Maroochydore. Would probbaly come here rather than Coles or Woolies if standard and quality improved
Handy spot, access to Kremzow and plenty of parking. Always seems to be well stocked and ran by friendly staff
Some good staff but one thing they do regularly, is to weekly remove the special ticket advertising so for the last couple of days of every special week period you do not know if a product is on special nor do you know what the actual cost is, so there is always confusion and constant overpayment by customers, compounded by never giving out receipts.
