The Staff at Bendigo Bank, particularly the Staff of the Strathpine Branch are not only, very professional and courteous, but also caring, patient and understanding when dealing with me. Thank you Bendigo, best decision I have ever made, to bank with Bendigo.
We have been clients of the Strathpine branch for the best part of two decades. Our experience has always been positive and the staff have excellent to deal with. In particular the branch manager Cheryl Turner has been brilliant always assisting us where possible and offering us products that help solve our needs. I cannot recommend the Bendigo enough they truly live up to their name as an old fashioned bank.
Very friendly and customer focused, Cheryl will go out of her way to help. She is not always easy to get hold of but she does return calls and emails. It is lovely that there is a more personal approach for those of us who are very busy and still like to talk about our best options when it comes to finances. Her staff are always very helpful. They are, conveniently, even open on a Saturday!
Staff are so friendly, understanding and well do everything they can to help with what's needed.
