Excellent service, veryhelpful, solved my enquiry
Very pushy staff, always asking & trying to get me to talk to their money people. I have some big savings in the bank, i keep telling them no i do not want to put my money away with them. At first i thought that Tracy who works on the front counter was very nice - but now i wait for someone else to serve me. I now know that she gets paid a bonus if she gets to lock my money away, if i want help & information i will ask you.
We have been commbank members for a bit over a year. We are very happy with the service of the strathpine branch! Always super friendly and keen to help.
I hate coming here, always trying to push me to use the ATM which 75% of the time is broken, or to go online & do internet banking. What happened to customer service. The manager needs to come out of his office & have a look at the line of customers waiting to be served, they have staff sitting in there little fish bowls looking very busy doing nothing.
