Rang him twice about a water drainage problem.Said he would come around to investigate.Never turned up on both occasions. Second time I cancelled a doctors appt and waited for 5 hours.It was to obtain a quote for installation of a water tank.If he did not want to come then just say so.Had to put one star just to post otherwise zero
