A big thankyou and Merry Christmas to Megan and all. Fantastic assistance physically and mentally when I needed it. Now back on two legs without a stick.

Sensational physios, the best I have ever visited for sports injuries and rehab. Kirsty and her team are incredible. Peter and Emma offer a great massage and Luisa's Pilates class is a weekly highlight. These guys keep me fit and on the hockey field. I wouldn't go anywhere else. 50 stars {Peter Billings}

I was struggling to find a suitable pilates class to take in my newly pregnant state. I ended up signing up to the classes at PhysioLogix due to the expertise of instructors and the small class sizes. I feel well supervised during each session and have seen huge improvements in my strength, mobility and flexibility-- all so helpful as I get further along in my pregnancy! The instructors are great and the team is so welcoming- I highly recommend PhysioLogix!

I joined pilates lessons with Luisa to tackle my aches and pains and it was amazing. It was really well explained and the exercises were graded so as i got stronger i was able to step it up. Luisa always made sure to correct the technique in order to get the most out of it and to avoid harm which i really appreciated. My core strength and overall fitness have improved greatly - thanks to the amazing PhysioLogix team.

In early 2015, my GP recommended that I go to Kirsty for treatment of a small full thickness supraspinatus tear as she’s an expert in shoulder rehabilitation.nnWhen you arrive at PhysioLogix you are immediately made to feel welcome by their friendly reception staff.nnKirsty got me started on a whole range of musculoskeletal strengthening exercises before she headed off to work at the Australian Open (Tennis). Teryn took over my treatment and after only a few weeks my injured shoulder had responded to the treatment techniques and settled down. This was a great outcome resulting in a highly optimised and effective rehabilitation.nnUnfortunately, just as my shoulder settled, I injured my knee which has a 30+ year history of structural problems re chondromalacia patellae and osteotomy. Teryn treated me for 2 weeks and then advised me to have a MRI. This confirmed what Teryn had suspected as the MRI identified a grade 1 MCL strain, focal grade 2-3 chondromalacia on the central weight bearing portion of the medial femoral condyle with a delamination type flap extending medially, an acute semi-membranosus tendon strain, a likely proximal PCL strain and a ruptured Baker’s cyst.nnApart from Teryn’s expert analysis she has continued to provide support and encouragement to me. Teryn is the most positive person you’ll ever meet. She’s a bundle of energy with a great sense of humour. Just what you need when you’re in pain and seeking inspiration. Teryn also wrote another letter to my GP after the MRI stating that that given my current and previous knee injuries this warrants a consult with an orthopaedic surgeon to discuss a plan. Conservatively, Teryn is continuing to work on my lower extremity strength and control in physio to optimise my lower kinetic chain and provide the best support for my knee within my structural limits.nnTeryn’s physiotherapy management has been excellent. PhysioLogix is true to their philosophy of providing the highest quality personalised services in the provision of physiotherapy, rehabilitation and injury prevention. They treat the causes of the problem, not just the symptoms and work together with orthopaedic surgeons and GP’s so you can get the help you require.
