i went in yesterday with my friends, i didn’t get the guys name but he was very passive aggressive, using inappropriate language and accusing us of stealing items. i will not be returning to this store.

I went in Saturday and was approached by a guy named Gordon. Extremely unprofessional, his body language was received as rude & appeared he has no time for customers. After this negative experience I will shop elsewhere.

I went in today (Wed 27th May) at about 4pm to look for a concealer. There was a girl working and I didn’t see her name, but she had shoulder lengthier dark hair (from what I remember I could be wrong lol) and she helped me pick a brand and shade that was perfect for me and she was really lovely.

An excellent cosmetic & hair product store! They offer a rewards card! Always has great discounts & all the most popular brands of products! A well presented & colourful bright display of products! Wheelchair access to the store is available! Always great specials on display & quick efficient service always has been provided by the staff in store!
